• Nibble no longer picks a site’s time zone. It ran on Australian time wherever in the world a site was, set in a file a site cannot own. config/nibble.yml takes a time_zone now — an IANA name such as Asia/Dhaka — and with nothing set Nibble leaves Rails’ own default, UTC, alone. It is the clock editors write against, what scheduled publishing goes by, and what the control panel shows dates in. Upgrade: set time_zone to keep the clock you had, or take UTC by leaving it out. Times already stored keep the instant they always were; what moves is the clock they are read and entered against.
